A beautiful couplet on 'Feelings of the Heart'...

Here's a lovely couplet on the feelings in the heart ....
I haven't been able to locate the author of this beautiful sher, Any way ,hope u like it:-

"Jitne mausam hain Sab jaise kahin mil jayein,
Inn dinon kaise bataoon Jo fiza hai mujh mein.."

It Seems as if all the seasons have got together somewhere,
These days, How am i to express the feelings of the beautiful Spring, within myself...
